1. Return Eligibility

You may return items purchased from Vylorn.xyz within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • The item is in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team at contact@vylorn.xyz within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a brief description of the item(s), and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Ship the Item Back: Return the item(s) using a trackable shipping service to the address provided in the RA instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
  4. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. You may be asked to provide photos of the damage or defect.

4. Non-returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable items (e.g., plants, candles, etc.)

5. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Shipping Costs

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

7. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the United States, the same return conditions apply. However, customers are responsible for any international shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes related to the return.
